If you or your friends wish to make use of the villa more frequently an occupation fee of USD 100/night per suite will be charged. Advance notice of intended usage is required and the advance notice period may vary by season. The monthly maintenance fee is USD 1500 for Club Villas and USD 4,500 for Villa Estates.
