We are currently offering a few units at our resort in Kata in Phuket. The shares are offered on a fractional ownership basis, with 1/13th interests in 2- and 3-bedroom residences. That interest is “ownership in perpetuity”, and can be sold or bequeathed. Interests are secured by a shareholding in a corporate structure along with the developer.

The 1/13th share guarantees each owner 3 weeks of use per year and also allows them to access the remaining unreserved time (13 weeks) at short notice on a first-come, first-served basis. Owners can use their weeks themselves, let friends or family use them, rent them out, trade them internally with the other fractional owners, or exchange them by way of an international reciprocal use program with over 170 five-star residences around the globe.
