Therefore Phuket Properties Co., Ltd has more listings than other agents on the island! We arre experts at filtering out the properties that you should look at and wich ones to avoid. Many of our listings are exclusive to us.

2. Our job as agents is to know the market inside out and give you truthful honest advice.

That is the only long term way for us to make business. Our mission statement tells us to always find what is best for you. Even if something else would pay us more.

3. The seller pays us. Our advice to you is free.

You pay market price or even below market price if we can help you find a bargain. The seller takes agency costs. Taxes and transfer fees are usually shared between seller and buyer in Phuket.

4. We will save you precious time.

Browsing the web takes time. We can tell you which properties are worth taking a look at and which are not. Listing pictures often lie! We can admit it. Houses that look bad on pictures can be great. Houses that look great on picture may not even exist yet! You need to come and take a look with you own eyes. Touch, feel and smell. No one buys a house over the internet!

5. We offer you our services. For free.

We will take great care of you while you are here. We can pick you up from the airport, take you to your hotel, then after you have rested for a couple of days we pick you up at the hotel and drive around for an initial look around. Show you areas of the Phuket island you have never seen, take you to restaurants you have never been. If you are interested in a development maybe we can get you a free trial stay for a couple of nights. While seeing some of our favourites we will get to know you better and can take you to the properties that are just right for you. We will save you precious vacation time and make sure you see all the fantastic properties that are available.

Personal safety: While viewing we always drive large, safe air conditioned Toyota SUVs. If you are bringing kids a long we have imported car seats for your kids. Please just let us know in advance so we can bring the seats along.

Financial safety: Before buying your dream home - remember to check all the legals. Make a proper due diligence. We always recommend that a good international lawyer checks contracts, land titles and that a surveyor takes a look at the construction. We will help you find the best international lawyers on the island. There are 3 or 4 international firms in Phuket. You choose which one you like.
